We love parties at Enchanted Woods and we love seeing families and friends getting together to celebrate one another! With several party packages to choose from, we aim to help you celebrate your special event just the way you want to, without the hassle of cleanup!
*Please note: We require a deposit of 50% of your chosen party package to secure your date and time.
**Cancellation policy: As of March 16, 2020 we are unable to refund any deposits which have been previously paid. We are currently offering to reschedule to a later date or offering cafe credit towards future purchases. In the event that something should change, we will be in contact with our booked clients to notify them of any changes which may affect their booking. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
How do I book a special event or party?
To book a party with us you may call, email, or message us through our social media. We do require a deposit to secure your date and time. This may be sent via etransfer to or paid at the cafe with cash, credit, or debit.
If I have more than the 12 children is there an extra fee?
Yes. Each child over the age of 1 enters for a flat rate of $6.99.
Is there an age minimum or maximum for children?
No. Though we recommend our play space for Age 8 and under, we do not discriminate against older children attending. Our play equipment is built to hold over 100 lbs.
To secure your date and time we require a deposit of 50% of your chosen party package. For the Mini party we require the full room rental fee upfront.
